We are running a Blade 2500 with six Sun 19" LCD heads running from
3xXVR-100 dual port graphics cards.
I am consistently seeing high load averages on prstat, 0.75-1.50. But the
cpu usage is quite low. Using "se infotool.se" for example, I am seeing
user times around 10-20%, system time 2-3%, and wait time < 1%. This seems
to agree with what I see from prstat, ie, total process cpu usage of maybe
10-20%.
Any ideas about why I see so many processes on run queue but so little cpu
usage?
