Problems creating bootable SPARC DVD's from a Solaris 10 (x86) machine

Experts,

I have just installed Solaris 10 (x86) on an HP DL380 (intel platform)
server. My intent is to use this new server as a jumpstart server for SPARC
clients, and also to create JumpStart CD/DVD's that will be used to deploy
flash archives on SPARC hardware. So far I have not been able to
successfully create a bootable SPARC CD/DVD from the DL380, although I am
using the same commands and techniques that worked fine from the previous
JumpStart server, which was a much slower SPARC server. In fact, I have not
been able to even mount and view any filesystems (other than s0) on already
created, "known-good" CD/DVD's. My question, finally, is this: Is it
possible to mount, view, manipulate and create bootable SPARC CD/DVD's from
an x86 platform?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Enoch
