Set ACL on a directory, but setfacl not work under Solaris 2.6

Hello,
Under Solaris 2.6, I am trying to setup ACL on a
directory for a specific user:

# find /home/test -type d -exec setfacl -m
user:tester:rwx {} \;

The above command is not working. The user still can
not create and edit files under /home/test, although
there is a + sign at the end of the directory name.

Any idea what could be the problem?
