V880 , ALL CPUs are failed

Hello,

I have a v880, i have installed a CPU/Memory board to it and after it turns
on it enters in a loop, on the front panel both Ok-to-remove and Failure
leds are blinking together and it gives following errors:

CPU RED-State Exception Reset Recovery

ALL CPUs failed or disabled! Attempting recovery...

and so on.. it displays some other error messages too but i couldn't catch
them..

Anyone knows anything about that?
