difference between PCI dual FC Network Adapter & Host Adapter

Hello,

What is the difference between PCI DUAL Fibre Channnel Network Adapter
and PCI DUAL Fibre Channel Host Adapter.

I need to connect Storedge 3510 to
v880. I thought PCI dual FC Host adapter card should be installed on v880.
But I am now confused. which is the right card to be installed on v880 inorder
with storedge 3510.

Your ideas are appreciated.
