Apache error

I'm running an Apache webserver on an old Sparc 20 (which
runs just fine), but am stuck on a problem. I have made some
files available for download, (.avi etc), and am able to
download these remotely without a problem.

Now I am trying to make files available of a different type
(.div). These files cause the server to respond with an
"Internal Server Error" when I try to download them.
If I simply rename the file, it works, but why would
the file exension cause a problem with the download??

(Apache-1.3.27)
