panic:cpu problem

HI Gurus,

I am in -charge of about 50 ultra-5 machines running Solaris 8.0.
Recently some of the machines are showing up panic:cpu problems with
failure of memory initializations. When rebooted, the system comes up
and works fine for a while but goes down after sometime showing the
problem on the console. What should be the cause of the problem. What
i guess is that there is some issue in the memory module? Is there a
way to test the memory module?
