Growing mirrored /var partition with SVM?

Hello all

I am having some trouble finding the documentation I need.

I have a system running Solaris 9 with a mirrored boot disk I am trying to re-deploy as a syslog server. In order to do so I need a larger /var partition than what I currently have.

As of now I am using a 9 gig drive partitioned with /, swap and /var on slices 0, 1 and 3 respectively. This drive is then mirrored with disksuite (solaris volume manager) to a second 9 gig drive with the sdbbs on slice 7 of each drive. In addition I have 2x36 gig drives which are not in use right now. I want assign one 36 gig drive to grow each submirror of /var by 36 gigs to maintain data redundancy. Can this be done without re-imaging the system? If so, can anyone point me to documentation describing this procedure?

Thanks in advance.
