not able to execute any command

Hello Managers,

After login I'm not able to execute any command, the error message for some

ultra-60# ps
ps: getexecname() failed

ultra-60# uptime
uptime: getexecname() failed

FYI: In my m/c proc file system is not mounted, it's looks like some problem
in proc file system. But there is a entry in /etc/vfstab file. But df command
is working fine. the output of the df command

Anyone can provide me the solution and make everything is perfect?
