using serial mgt port in V210/V240

Dear Sun Managers,

I have V210 and V240 machines and I would like to use
the SERIAL MGT port to access the ALOM and has a
system console.

I would like to confirm whether I should use a normal
network cable or crossed a cross cable if I'm using
another Sun sparc machine or Window hyperterm to tip
in the V210 and V240 machines?
