Hi list,

We have a A1000 connected to a E10K domain. We sucessfully jumpstarted
the domain with Solaris 8 2/04. But when the system reboots, some kind
of "Parity Error" gets spit out. Here is the boot message:

It looked like some kind of hardware problem to us, so we relaced
cable, terminator and even the E10K boards but still no luck. Even
odder, if we boot the system into single user mode from net (boot net
-s), then we can mount the A1000 LUN and write to it without any
problems. We even saw the OS that had been installed on that LUN.

BTW, probe-scsi-all did see the A1000 LUNs without any errors popping
out.

Any ideas/thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Rongsheng Fang
