Hi,

I've discovered the source of the problem.
As I said, I've manually changed the IP address of the T3+ (using "set ip
xxx").
I can still ping the OLD address, but if I ping the NEW address I get an
error 5033.
Same error if I try to ping a random address : The T3 only accepts to ping
an IP of the same subnet as the OLD address.

It seems the T3+ doesn't take into account the new IP address. I suspect I
need to reboot the T3+ to make it actually update the IP.

So, the question is : Is there any way to change the IP address of a T3+
without rebooting ?

Here is the config and some Ping tests from the T3+ :

sfret3p1:/:<68>set
bootmode auto
bootdelay 3
sn 105458
ip 55.8.132.22
netmask 255.255.255.192

tftphost 0.0.0.0
tftpfile
hostname sfret3p1

  Hi,
I've just manually set ip address/mask/gateway (static, RARP disabled) of
a T3+ (via console port), and connected it to the network.
Whenever I try to ping any IP address from the T3+, even the T3+ own IP, I
catch a "sendto error 5033".
  Any idea ?
