Solstice Backup and L9 Autoloader

Hello,

I just inherited a Solstice Backup system with an L9 Autoloader that was suppose to be working before started her.

My error log reads as follows:

Dec 7 05:42:51 toolbox lus: [ID 497811 kern.notice] NOTICE: lus_intr(1.0.0): transport failure (incomplete)

Dec 7 05:54:52 toolbox root: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] NetWorker media: (waiting) Waiting for 1 writable volumes to backup pool 'Default' tape(s) on toolbox.com

Does anyone have an idea of where I can get information to debug these problems? Like I said I really can not verify if this ever worked and I have no other way to backup my systems.
