SunFire V210/V240: maintenance indicator after a power failure

Hi everyone,

The weekend got off to a great start once again: after our UPS somehow
decided to not only power our serverrooms but also the rest of the city
(and failing at both) I have several V210/V240 Sun machines that are in
trouble. And one V120 is only showing a blinking maintenance led,
nothing else.

First of all, a lot of the V210/V240 didn't start up once power was
restored, although all other kit (Sun and non-Sun) did. A manual
power-on did restore these to order though.

But a lot of the machines (both those that didn't boot again and the
ones that did) are showing the orange maintenance indicator led.
Prtdiag and the LOM/SC don't really show what is wrong, just that power
went off a few times and that somehow the machines decided to turn on
this light.

So my question here would be: Is this light on just to alert me to the
fact that the power went out (probably more than once), and if so, how
do I clear that indicator? If not, what other steps could I take to find
out if something is wrong?

Regards, Paul Boven.
