I recently purchased a 9 pin to 25 pin null modem cable to connect a Windows
2000 to a Sun E250 and other Sun Servers using Hyperterminal through a
serial port. At first I thought I might have purchased the wrong cable but
the cablestogo.com assured me it was correct. Here are my hyperterminal
settings: Which I am fairly positive they are correct. Is there possibly
something I have to configure in Solaris to allow serial connections?
Bits per second - 9600
Data Bits - 8
Parity - None
Stop Bits - 1
Flow Control - None
