Sun Storage 3960 - Password reseting the switch

Dear Sunmanagers,

I have a Sun Storage 3960 with Qlogic switches, now
the password is lost for the swithes and i am able to
open the SANBOX Manager as a GUI, but have lost the
password for the telnet access. Pls help.
