which memory goes in A1000?

Hi,

does anybody know what kind of memory goes in a Sun StorEdge A1000?

Here's my problem:
We have a A1000 which is complaining about correctable error once in a
while. "the controller has detected and corrected a recoverable error in
the
data buffer memory."
I would like to replace the bad memory, I went on sunsolve handbook,
there is no part# for the 8 meg simm that I need.
There is 2 part number for the 32 meg one, but they don't exist on
sun-catalog??
So I'm thinking that it may be standard memory, but I cannot find the spec.
So far I can see from sunsolve that it is 72 pin simms.
I don't know the speed, it seems to be ECC.
I cannot test/play to much because it is a production system.
I tried to call our vendor, he doesn't know.
I tried to call Sun, I don't have a contract number!
And I also tried google, with no success.
Currently it seems to be 2x4meg + 2x8meg installed.
My target is to install 2x8meg + 2x32meg of new memory.

Any idea?
Thanks,

Dominique
