We have one of these now installed with Linux as our test bed. It is plugged
into a Cisco gigabit switch. When the server is rebooted the port light on
the switch goes from green to amber and then back to green as the server
boots up. Once however the bootup process initiaites the ethernet port it
goes back to amber again, the bootup continues but then the nfs software
can't mount some of the remote file systems because the switch is still
showing amber ( it goes green after 30 secs or so )??
