Folks -
We're looking at Enterprise/Network/Security/System/IT/??? Management
products and I was hoping that with the depth of experience on this list,
some of y'all might provide me with comments about any of these products.
The ones in question are CA's eTrust and Unicenter, HP's OpenView and
IBM's Tivoli products. Of course, we're concerned with security (including
IDS and DoD related requirements) as well as network monitoring and, in the
Tivoli case, MQ monitoring. These would all be for a Solaris only network,
so operability in that environment is important.
