Hi all,

      I have to implement Ip address take over in Solaris Sparc 5.8 machines.

Consider two machine

 1) Machine A ( 172.16.0.10 )
 2) Machine B ( 172.16.0.11 )

Floating IP - 172.16.0.12

client machines communicate with the Floating IP (172.16.0.12 ) .

When the machine A, goes down due to some hardware failure, The
machine B shall take over the floating Ip ( 172.16.0.12 ) and thereby
continue to process the requests from the client.

The machine B, after IP takeover shall send a broadcast ARP message,
so that the client machines updates their ARP cache.

Can anyone let me know on how to configure for the above requirements
, in solaris servers.
