Time/Date problem in Netscape 4.15 Messaging server

 Hi Gurus

I have Netscape Messaging Server 4.15 installed on Solaris 2.6
.The problem i m facing is that my system TIME ZONE is GMT+5.When i send a
message it shows the 10 hours ahead on recieving end. when i read the header
of message it show the following time stamp

ESMTP 9:00 -05:00

HTTP 19:00
+5:00

please suggest me what is the problem.
