Can't get to OK prompt from ALOM

Hi,
I have a V240 that I cannot go from the console ALOM into the OK prompt.

The step I used are:
1. sc> poweron
2. sc> console

I also tried sending break from ALOM, from my laptop...

The machine front status light is off after reboot, hard disk light will flash
during reboot.
Fan and NIC light is on. I have tried to reboot several times, no help.

It used to work just fine, and I know last weekend someone pull out two PCI
cards from this box. Maybe some thing is damaged????
