Clean up junk mail in mqueue

FYI,

There are many junk mail coming in to our mail server everyday. Because
it sent to unknown users, so the server bounced the junk mail back to
the sender. But the sender's address are not valid. So those junk mail
stated in mqueue and trying to send out again and again.

I would like to know is there anyone know an efficiency way to clean up
those junk mqueue?
