> I work with customized jumpstarts utilizing cdrom's vs over the net. We are currently in the process of trying to create a Solaris 9 bootable cdrom customized for our site, but the problem we are running into is that the mini-root is now a link back to s1. During the steps to create the actual image, we need to make a mod to the profind script to be redirected to a USB floppy drive vs the onboard floppy drive. The system we are working with is a Blade-2500. This is the first battle. The second battle we have is to try and make our current jumpstart process which uses the bootable cdrom for the os, network drivers, graphic card drivers, etc plus a floppy that contains all the rules, begin, profiles, and sysidcfg files work without a floppy drive since SUN is making the floppy drives end of life...Any help would be appreciated...
