I'm trying to compile SOCKS on a Solaris 8 machine and it's dying with:
gcc -I../../include -I./../../include -D__USE_FIXED_PROTOTYPES__ -DSOCKS
-DINCLUDE_PROTOTYPES -DCOMPAT -DHAVE_GETPASSPHRASE -c ./ftp.c
In file included from ./ftp.c:51:
/usr/local/lib/gcc/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/3.4.0/include/varargs.h:4:2: #error
"GCC no longer implements <varargs.h>."
/usr/local/lib/gcc/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/3.4.0/include/varargs.h:5:2: #error
"Revise your code to use <stdarg.h>."
Hs anyone gotten this working?
