Hello List,
I'm trying to jumpstart an ultra5 with solaris 2.6. I've done it a zillion of
times, but this time i keep getting NFS Timeouts - the jumpstart isn't
exactly succeeding.
The jumpstart server is up and running, nfs shares are available, i can mount
them from any other box.
The ARP packages and initial boot image transfer succeeds, albeit slowly.
Any ideas?
I've put apply transfer-speed=100 in the nvram, but is there a parameter to
force a certain duplex mode? It should be 100FDX, but I don't know how it's
switched default (no auto-negotiation).
Thanks.
Jan
