Terrible network performance between two machines on same network

I have two test machines. One U30 and one Netra T105. I am ftp-ing a 1.9gb
file between the two. Pretty standard Solaris 9 OS, nothing fancy. The file
is taking many hours to transfer. Never really had to diag this bad of
network perf before. These machines are on their own 10/100 hub nothing else
is on this segment.

Both machines are set for 100mb full duplex. I have tried both scp and ftp
to get the file across.
