Folks,

Thanks to all who responded. Many many thanks to Casper for solving this
issue. For some obscure reason media didn't copy properly after issuing la
-la command (suggested by Casper) verified the correct content. I deleted
the directory copy the image using ./setup_install_server (which I have
done it before) and re-jumped the server. All worked like a charm.
