UG! Really dumb but very serious problem....

Ok I'm not 100% sure how this happened, but I will figure that out
later....... (read witch hunt)

Somehow someone or something (ie script got mad) tried to delete /usr

Oh goody =)

I don't know how far it got. Obviously it failed when ld.so.1 was
removed.

What are my recommended options? I can try to rebuild from cd. What is
the best method for repairing this other than re-installing the OS?

Thanks for any and all quick responses, needless to say I got nominated
to fix this asap =)
