intel solaris 9.0 not installing on 4 way xeon (spsh4)

Dear Sirs

I'm trying to install solaris 9.0 version 4/04 on :

Intel xeon
MP 1.5GHZ 4 way processor,
2GB ECC RAM
4*73 GB Ultra 320 MBPS SCSI
cntlr(Adaptec 39320D -R)
Onboard VGA
SPSH4 mother board.

please suggest
me whether soalris 9 x86 can be installed with the
above said
configuration??If yes what is the problem ?
