Hi & thanks for all that replied, your replies wore very helpful!

Eventually the solutions was the command "reset -x". Once in the lom> prompt
(after pressing #. [hash period]) entering this command caused the server to
stop the boot cycle in the OBP (ok prompt) and from there the way to "boot
-s" was clear.

Thanks again,
Moshe Leder.

Subject: LOM boot options

Hi managers,

I have a problem in one of my Netra servers, It's NIS configuration got
corrupted & now it doesn't boot.
The thing is, because it does not have any keyboard/screen attached & the
only mean of connection to it is through Window's HyperTerminal, I can't
send break signals to it (Ctrl+Break doesn't work) & hence boot to single
user mode.
My question is: Is there a LOM command that tells the machine to boot into
OK mode (from there the way to 'boot -s' is obvious). The default 'reset'
command behavior is similar to OK mode's 'boot' command.

Thanks in advance,
Moshe Leder.
