Does anyone know what is required to swap 2 750 Mhz cpu's in a 280R with 2
900 MHz cpu's from another 280R? Is it as simple as swapping out the cpu's
or do you need to change jumpers? Anything in the OS?
Would it maybe be easier to swap memory, scsi cards and hard drives to the
faster machine instead of moving cpu's? I'm really trying to avoid a
complete machine reconfiguration as the Oracle machine (currently 2 x 750
Mhz cpu) is in a Veritas Cluster. I would, however, like to get those
faster cpu's over to the Oracle box.
