SF4800/D240/boot ... disk not found ??

Hi all,

I am having a weird problem with a 4800. Configuration is standard,
CPU run at 1.2GHz (III+), 2 I/O assemblies and a D240/HD2 connected to
the machine.

probe-scsi-all shows correct info (finds D240 with everything inside).

I am installing from a jumpstart server, things start correctly,
devices are being configured, network information is being setup,
keeps on going and then "disk not found" "check that your disks
are cabled etc...". Everything is connected and powered of course,
no failing element, LEDs are OK, installing Solaris 9, but Solaris
installation does seem to find any disks (as I said D240 has 2) to
install itself on !? !?

Any clue greatly appreciated !

Many thanks in advance.
/Pascal

PS: installing from CD/DVD gives me a "Boot Loaded Failed", which
seems to be another problem, probably the media but I will figure
that out. Anyway DVD-Rom is found. But booting from a jumpstart
server with another Solaris 9 distribution starts correctly, but
... "disk not found" !?!?

Again, clues greatly appreciated !
