Good Day.

I'm trynig to gain information on how folks control resources on oracle
database servers. Basically, can I control how much resources a particular
database instance can consume? Can I guarantee that DATABASE1 will alway
have a minimum of 75% of the CPU and memory resources over the other 3 or 4
Oracle instances running. How is this achieved, through the OS or does
Oracle have a mechanism to control this? Is there a best practice regarding
this.
