Hi,
This can be accomplished with the following steps:
1. Make sure there is a /bin/false file on your system if not, I've
included at the end of this email.
2. Make sure the /etc/shells file contains the entry /bin/false.
3. When you create the user, use /bin/false as their shell.

I want to allow a user to use ftp command to put somethings on my server
only but I do not want him to use telnet to login into my solaris 8 server,
