Hi All,

I'm running Solaris 8 on Ulta-10 Box.
There is 3 internal disk in the machine
===========
# echo |format
Searching for disks...done

AVAILABLE DISK SELECTIONS:
        0. c0t0d0 <ST34342A cyl 8892 alt 2 hd 15 sec 63>
           /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/dad@0,0
        1. c0t1d0 <Seagate Medalist 34342A cyl 8892 alt 2 hd 15 sec 63>
           /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/dad@1,0
        2. c0t3d0 <ST320423A cyl 39691 alt 2 hd 16 sec 63> 20gb
           /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/dad@3,0
Specify disk (enter its number): Specify disk (enter its number):
----------------------------
c0t0d0 = Primary Slave
c0t1d0 = Primary MAster

c0t3d0 = Secondary Master.

I connected "c0t0d0" and "c0t1d0" as Secondart master and slave

The File system layout before was :
==================================================================
# df -k -F ufs | grep c0t0d0
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 2505587 1727156 728320 71% /usr
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s1 1588182 791967 748570 52% /opt
==================================================================
# df -k -F ufs | grep c0t1d0
/dev/dsk/c0t1d0s0 2553919 752953 1749888 31% /
/dev/dsk/c0t1d0s3 1045084 287038 695341 30% /var
==================================================================

So i booted in single user mode and changed the targets of all disk in
"/etc/vfstab"

Now when i try to boot,i get a error:
Warning:/proc Could Not be mounted.

Warning:/usr/sbin/fsck - not found.most likly the mount of /usr failed or
the disk file system is badly damaged!

So again i booted to single user mode and did fsck on "c0t3d0s0" and
"c0t2d0s0"
*NOTE the targets have changed since i have connted them to secondary
controller

-Dilip
