Hi,
I hv purchased a new external SDLT 320 to be attached to my E3500
server.It was earlier having DLT7000. The Ufsdump showed be backup speed as
around 8000kb/s with DLT7K. Now after replacinf DLT7K with SDLT320, I have
still got new improvement. I even got a SBUS card and connected the SDLT on a
seperate card but have observed no speed enhancements.
However If I connect
the same SDLT320 to my E250 machine, the Backup speed is 15000Kb/s. E3500 is a
SBUS based machine and E250 a pci based. Is it due to SBUS limitations ?
Kindly guide me.
