Windows equivalent of Unix script...exit

Hello

In Unix, I could do
script file.txt
telnet terminal_server port_number (to connect to a Cisco device)
& do the necessary commands like "show config"
      Ctrl-]
      quit
exit

& I would have captured all those things I did into file.txt.

What if I'm on a Windows PC doing telnet - how do I capture all those
commands/outputs or is there any utility/shareware someone can
point me to ?

Rgds
Goh
