Hi,

thanks to the people who replied, original question
was how to establish secure connections to external
Netbackup clients. Aaron M. Hirsch and Ann Kurokawa
pointed to stunnel (www.stunnel.org):

"stunnel program is designed to work as SSL encryption
wrapper between remote clients and local
(inetd-startable) or remote server"

Thanks,

Ximo.
