Console write-lock through ALOM on V440

Sorry about the first posting which didn't go through correctly...
==================================================================

If have three V440s with the ALOM network management port setup. I can
telnet to that port on all three servers, but on two of the servers I can't
get a write lock on the console and get the following in use message...

sc> console
Console session already in use. [view mode]
Enter #. to return to ALOM.

The third server works fine. When I run showusers on either of the problem
servers I get...

sc> showusers
username connection login time client IP addr console
-------- ---------- ---------- -------------- -------
                 serial FEB 11 15:19 system
admin net-1 FEB 11 19:12 10.67.7.252

If I run "console -f" I can get a write lock on the console, but how do I
clear out the user who has the lock on the console. I've tried powering
down the server and pulling the power cords out of the back to completely
reset the SC -- and this works the first time I run the "console" command,
but subsequent attempts give the original error.

Any suggestions on how to permanently clear or remove the user who has a
write lock on the console?

Thank you.
