Help with the VX commands - Detached volume

Continuing in my troubleshooting of a D1000 that experienced problems
earlier, I've managed to get all but one of the Veritas controlled
partitions (volumes?, plexes?) back up and running. That last statement
should indicate that I'm not well versed in Veritas, and I'm really not
understanding what some of the terminology means. I just can't figure out
how to get this last problem in a fixed state and running. I've included
output from vxprint, vxinfo, and fsck which doesn't even see the disk blocks
(not surprising to me I guess).

Does this output mean something special to those of you who work with VxVM
more frequently than me? I found another webpage with a problem matching
mine, and I tried a "vxmend fix clean cvsvol-01" but something on the
command line wasn't liked. A couple of the other volumes that weren't
working responded to a "vxrecover -s <volume-name>", but this one doesn't.

Help?? Thanks. --jdg
