Something is screwing my X1's clock!

I have a bunch of X1's.
Some of them had BSM installed/uninstalled and we also
fixed the sys_tick_freq in /etc/system so the time does not drift
2 minutes/day, as it is the case when they get shipped from SUN.

The one's with BSM installed/uninstalled are experiencing
strange behavior. Basically every couple of hours ( 6-12 )
the clock gets adjusted and then ntpd has to readjust it.
I am using GPS clock as a time reference, so it is very
reliable. I turned process accounting on, to see if there are any processes
fired, but nothing shows up there either. I was down to 10
processes running on the box and the adjustments were still happening.
This is driving me nuts!
