SunOS 4.1.4 and Sparcstation 5 compatible external CD-ROM drive

Good day,

I've got few fairly old embedded Sparcstation 5 workstations with SunOS
4.1.4 installed to manage here. They don't have a CD-ROM installed, so
I'm trying to find an external SCSI CD-ROM drive that will be able to
boot the SunOS 4.1.4 on this machine. Could someone recommend something
that works and still can be found in stores?
Will summarize, of course.
