[SUMMARY] E250 poweron with no keyswitch

Ask a stupid question, get a.... quick and simple answer. Thanks to
Sydney Weinstein for this: "Plug in a keyboard and hit the power on
button." I'm not a complete moron, but I hadn't thought about that
because I'm running the machine via a serial connection to my laptop,
and I'm absolutely new to this platform, coming from a 10-year Mac
background.
