Hi, I have the following problem on a Solaris 2.6 NIS master...

When I try to change the passwd I get:-

MACHINE1{root}43# passwd -r nis some-bloke
New password:
Re-enter new password:
Create clnt failure: RPC: Program not registered
Permission denied

and yes, I do have rpc.yppasswd running...

MACHINE1{root}37# ps -ef | grep ypp
    root 153 1 0 Feb 05 ? 0:00 /usr/lib/netsvc/yp/rpc.yppasswdd -D /etc/yp -m

Any ideas?
