E450 wont boot

Dear list,
 
A E450 wont boot when I power the thing up.
 
I listen carefully and I can hear the disks spin up. I see the
powersupply come up and the cd-tray will eject.
 
Can someone shed some light what the next steps to troubleshoot is?
