PGP Keyserver and Solaris 2.8

Trying to track down a problem. 2 machines, one is an Ultra10 and the
other is a Netra1. Both machines were loaded up with Solaris 8 and the
"PGP Keyserver" was installed.

On the Ultra10 which was NOT patched with security and recomended
patches, the pgp key server works fine. (This was mearly a "hey will
this work" test so it wasn't patched)

On the NetraT1 it does not work after being patched with recomended
patches etc. (A co-worker built it with I believe the latest bundle).
The daemon binds to the socket then complains it can not select the
socket.

Has anyone seen this or anything close? The guy who built the box is
out for a while and we need to get this into testing.

Thoughts?
