Hey everyone:
I gots a quick question. Does anyone have any ideas on how you could
bandwidth throttle a website on a server? Does anyone know of any sort of
software that could do that (system software), or would it be a function
of the webserver software (Zeus or apache)?
I know this is kinda off-topic..., but I was wondering if anyone was doing
anything like this and if they had any suggestions. Thanks everyone....,
