Multiple /opt's

This is something that I have never seen before...I have two /opt
directories

Doing a ls -lb in / it does not show any special characters. How can I have
two directories with the same name?

Doing a ls -il indicated two separate inode numbers.

Solaris 9, SunBlade 100, Kernel patch 112233-03
