This is a correction to my previus request - I need to reset the
firmware in an RSM Array 2000 (also known as 3000) presumably via the
serial port (as RM6 no longer sees the Array).
The RS232 port is documented only as "Factory use only" and is a DB15
type (i.e. 2 rows of pins 8 on one row, 7 on the other - it is not a
standard DB9).
It was working fine until I upgraded the firmware via RM6 but now when
it starts, after a short period of checking the disks, it then cycles
its own power repeatedly (most obvious symptom is that its power fans go
on and off which is very easy to spot as they are very noisy!)

PS The port is labelled RS232 BD1 (and thee is, of course, a second one
labelled RS232 BD2)
